Shipping & Delivery
At check out, customers choose their shipping method. Options are USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Tracking numbers are emailed with each UPS order. For USPS Priority Mail, please allowed 2-3 business days for most locations. For UPS Ground, shipping varies upon location. Privacy & Security
Information collected through The Awakening Store is used exclusively for Karen Wheaton Ministries + The RAMP purposes. Personal information such as names, e-mail addresses, or credit card information will not be accessible to other parties outside of Karen Wheaton Ministries + The RAMP. If your personal information changes or you no longer desire to be a part of our community, please contact us at 205.921.0909 to complete the changes.
Returns & Replacements
Karen Wheaton Ministries + The RAMP will receive returns and issue refunds only on defective products or products that have not been opened. Defective opened product must be reported within 48 hours of reception for a refund/return. For questions regarding returns/refunds, please email us via “Contact Us” at the bottom, or call us at 205.921.0909.
Ordering
After adding product to your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout.” You may register for future convenience or checkout as a guest. After entering billing and shipping information, choose the shipping method (see Shipping & Delivery for more information). Then, choose your payment method: credit card, paypal, google checkout, or check/moneyorder. Once you’ve entered your payment information, you will review your order once more before placing it. After placing the order, you’ll receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email..
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment via credit card (preferred), paypal, google checkout, and check/money order. Orders placed with check/money order will be shipped when payment is received.
Viewing Orders
To view your orders, you must register first. If you purchase product as a guest, you will receive an email and a tracking number, but you will not be able to review your purchase history or order status.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, login and click “Edit” under “Account Information.”.
